Ruth Gemmell nationality: Is Ruth Gemmell British? – Ruth Katrin Gemmell is an English actress who was born in Bristol and raised in County Durham, first in Barnard Castle and then in Darlington after her parents divorced.

Gemmell attended Polam Hall School and received his acting training at the Webber Douglas College of Dramatic Art.

Gemmell has appeared in both stage and television productions.
