J&K: SIA files charge-sheet against ex-minister in terror funding case

Jammu, Sep 24 (IANS) The State Examination Organization (SIA) of J&K police on Saturday recorded a charge-sheet against a previous clergyman and two others in a dread financing case.

An assertion gave by the SIA said that a charge-sheet has been recorded against ex-serve Jatinder Singh nom de plume Babu Singh, Muhammad Shareef Shah and Muhammad Hussain Khateeb for a situation held up at Gandhi Nagar police headquarters in Jammu locale, which was subsequently moved to the SIA, with a solicitation to the court that a strengthening charge-sheet will be documented in not so distant future.
