Dana Ganjeh is accused of killing his girlfriend Linda Frick and abandoning her in a vehicle on Kingston’s Price Street in 2018.

He was found guilty of first-degree murder and is currently serving a life sentence. After a three-day trial, a jury found him guilty on Sept. 17, 2021. Prosecutors said Ganjeh assaulted Frick, 56, at her house in Wayne County, where she shared a home with her brother. Her corpse was discovered under a blanket in a Toyota Rav4 parked outside Ganjeh’s home on Price Street in Kingston on Aug. 4, 2018.

Frick had 17 fractured ribs and significant bruising on her head, chest, and right ankle after being crushed in a car door, according to an autopsy.

He said that he assisted Frick in walking to his Toyota Rav4 and that he meant to drive her to the hospital. When questioned why he drove past numerous hospitals on Interstate 81, Ganjeh stated he wanted to take her to a hospital in Wilkes-Barre but missed the exit.

In addition to the jail sentence, Lupas ordered Ganjeh to pay $14,961 in restitution for services rendered by the Pennsylvania State Police, the County Coroner’s Office, and the District Attorney’s Office in the process of locating a trial witness.
