Transgender comedian Daphne died by suicide; the official news was tweeted by The Office of Transgender Initiatives in San Francisco, California, on October 11th, 2019.
They tweeted stating, “We are saddened to learn about of loss of Daphne Dorman today, who was a beloved community member.”
Before the suicide, Daphne posted a Facebook post, saying, “how do you say goodbye and I am sorry,” asking for forgiveness from the people supporting her.
Dorfman also cleared that she loves her daughter, and she was not the reason behind her suicide.
