Harlee McBride: Who Is Richard Belzer’s Third Wife?

American actress Harlee McBride, born November 20, 1948, is no longer acting. She is well recognized for playing Cynthia Chatterley in Young Lady Chatterley and Young Lady Chatterley II and for playing Dr. Alyssa Dryer in Homicide: Life on the Street.

In 1985, she wed the actor Richard Belzer. When she was 31 years old, divorced, and had two kids, Bree and Jessica, they first met in Los Angeles in 1981. McBride, who had been featured in Playboy magazine four years prior as part of that year’s sex-in-theatre article alongside Young Lady Chatterley, was doing Ford TV commercials and free theater when a friend suggested that she meet Belzer.  She was a secretary at Disneyland in the 1980s.

McBride caused trouble on an Air France trip from New York to Paris on October 12, 2014. She was screaming, yelling, and even throwing a tray of food while cabin workers tied her to her seat.

Her CAD$10,000 bail was eventually posted after the pilots made an emergency landing in Gander, Newfoundland, and Labrador, where she spent two nights in a local jail cell. A Gander judge issued a $26,433 reparation judgment and a $10,000 punishment against McBride in May 2016.
