Gordon Mathers Wife Is Excited As He Will Compete In The Jack’s World Series Darts Finals

Gordon Glen Mathers is a professional darts player from Australia. He currently competes in PDC (Professional Darts Corporation) events.

Glen won the DPA Australian Pro Tour championship in 2017 and made his World Championship debut in 2018. He faced Japanese Seigo Asada in the preliminary round, losing 1-2 sets.

Likewise, he won two DPA tournaments in East Devonport in 2019, and in April, he won the Sunshine State Classic, a BDO tournament in which he defeated Jeremy Fagg in the final.

Mathers also tried to get a Tour card in PDC Q-school 2020, but his best result was a last-64 on the final day, so he did not get a Tour card.

Darts: Gordon Mathers’s Wife, Kaylene Mathers

Gordon and his wife Kaylene were married on October 11, 2009. The wedding took place in Ipswich, Queensland, in the presence of their family and friends. The ceremony was simple and intimate.

Kaylene is a housewife and looks after the kids while Mathers travels the country competing in darts tournaments. Due to his work, the draft player had been in the UK for the past two years. He only has six months with his wife Kaylene and their four children. He currently misses his family and cannot wait to see them.

As a result, Miss Mathers appears to be a very supportive wife because she has looked after their children while her husband is focused on his career. One of the main reasons the couple has been together for 13 years is their mutual understanding and trust.

Gordon is also an amazing father to their children. He posted a photo of their child in an amusement park in 2021. This photo shows that he has always placed his family first.

Age Difference Between Gordon Mathers And Kaylene Mathers

There may not be much of an age difference between the couple. Gordon was born on September 29, 1981, making him 42 years old in 2022. On the other hand, the draft player’s wife appears to be in her late 30s based on her appearance, and Kaylene must therefore be younger than her husband.

Despite their age difference, the couple appears to be a perfect match. Mathers also considers his wife his staunchest supporter in one of the posts he posted on August 29.

Furthermore, the couple is rarely active on their social media handles, making it difficult for their fans to guess what they are up to.

The Darts Player’s Net Worth Comparision With his Wife

Gordon Mathers’ net worth is estimated to be millions of dollars. Since his professional darts career, he has amassed a substantial fortune, and his additional earnings can then come from sponsorship and exhibition earnings. He made his World Championship debut in 2018 after winning the DPA Australian Pro Tour in 2017.

He also competed in the PDC UK Q-school in January 2021, and while he did not win the Tour card directly, he finished eighth in the UK Q-school Order of Merit and earned a two-year Tour card.

Moreover, Gordon was the World Championship’s second reserve player. Following the withdrawals of Juan Rodriguez and Charles Losper (who were replaced by Mike De Decker), Mathers entered the tournament as the second-highest-ranked runner-up from the PDPA Qualifier.

On the other hand, Mathers’ wife is a stay-at-home mom, so she splits the family’s wealth with her husband. Therefore, they make a good amount of money and live in Queensland as a couple.

Gordon Mathers’s Relationship History

Mathers does not appear to have a previous relationship history, and he must have been more concerned with his career than with various love relationships. However, the draft player prefers to keep his personal life private and is not active on social media, so he has kept quiet about his previous relationship.

Despite losing many games in the past, he has never given up and continues to focus on his goal. Mathers now secure a spot in the world’s top 64 following the Cazoo World Darts Championship in 2022/23.

The Australian, currently ranked 81st on the PDC Order of Merit, admits it will be a difficult task but insists he has few regrets about pursuing his darting dream.

Gordon Mathers Darts Had Supportive Family

Gordon has always had a strong bond with his family. He grew up with his sister and three brothers. He traveled to various countries because of his work and missed his family a lot during that time.

He is now back with his family after a three-week of his work vacation. Mathers also recently shared a photo of himself receiving the Kyle Anderson trophy and reuniting with his family after some time. In the post, he thanked his mother, who stole the show in Townsville while Ian tried to keep her calm.

Moroever, he expressed gratitude to his entire family for their support throughout his career. He also stated that he would not have succeeded without his family’s support.
